KAIZEN College

"We never stop learning and neither should you."

KAIZEN College is the training and development arm of the KAIZEN Institute. The College’s primary function is to provide continuing professional development to KAIZEN professionals at every level of an organization.

It provides students with lean knowledge and information about new and innovative improvement tools for the workplace.

KAIZEN College courses are attended by people who are new to the key concepts of lean and need an introductory course; by people who have a grasp of lean but who feel they need a refresher course; by experienced practitioners who want to take their knowledge of KAIZEN to the next level; and by lean experts who want to take our ‘master classes’. undefinedread more

Watch out for Gemba Kaizen

Keep an eye out for these guys as you drive around New Zealand!!

To promote and raise the awareness of Kaizen and Lean methodologies Danie and Richard have adopted eye catching personalised number plates for their cars.

Gemba is the Japanese word meaning “the real place” but often translated as a workplace. The Gemba philosophy is all about going to the place where the real work is done and about looking for improvement.

Kaizen is actually two Japanese words “Kai” meaning change and “Zen” meaning for better or continuous improvement.

Kaizen is the philosophy that under pins Lean thinking and truly means to focus upon improvement every day, everywhere and ensure everybody is involved!

So if you would like to hear more about Kaizen or Lean thinking please contact us.
